Senior Night Participation Form
Dear Symphonic Band Seniors and Parents,
The Symphonic Band seniors will be honored during halftime at the football game on September 30, 2005.
Students are to arrive 30 minutes prior to count off for a group photo.
Students’ names will be announced by Mr. Albert, and they will be escorted by their parents or guardians. Escorts need to be at the game by the end of the first quarter. Please come to the bleachers adjacent to the band for instructions.
Please indicate who will be escorting your senior and return this form to the band clerk by Friday. September 23.
