SUBJECT:
Football game between Leesville and DH Conley High School on Friday 4 Nov 22, starting at 7:00 PM at the Marshall L Hamilton Stadium (Leesville Complex).
UNIFORM:
FULL DRESS: Blue Coat, White Coat Belt, White Long Sleeve Shirt that fits!…..Blue Tie, White Pants, White Pants Belt, White Socks, White Shoes and Cap. Don’t forget your pins as well as to sew on your year stripe and chevrons. Please remember, we wear either ALL of the uniform or NONE of the uniform, never just a part of it. Please bring a pair of gloves in your pockets that you can play your instrument with to wear in the stands. We will NOT wear these on the field.
EQUIPMENT:
Everyone takes care of his or her own instrument as in rehearsal. Guard/Drumline/Front Ensemble please set things out you will need after rehearsal, etc. Please make sure that the equipment that lives in the band studio makes its way back prior to Monday’s rehearsal.
MUSIC:
PREGAME: Star Spangled Banner – Washington and Lee Swing – On Wisconsin
DRILL: NO DRILL – The Dance Team will be performing at Half Time
STANDS: Fight Songs, Stand Music, etc. (always be ready for On Wisconsin after we score- WITH TAG!!) Please make sure these are MEMORIZED.
MONEY:
No money will be needed. The Bands Club will provide ONE drink for each student after our Pre-Game and at Half-Time……NO EATING (including gum) IS ALLOWED AT ANYTIME!!!!!!!

6:16pm…..Rehearse – Tune
6:38pm…..Depart for Field
6:48pm…..Band the Goal Line
6:50pm…..Coin Toss
6:53pm…..Star Spangled Banner, Washington and Lee Swing, Tunnel
6:57pm…..On Wisconsin
7:00pm…..Game Starts
9:45pm…..Game should be over
10:15pm…Studio Closes
NOTE:
Please remember when you are in uniform, you are performing – from the time we leave the band room to go to the field, all the way until we return to the band room to dismiss. We are on 100% of the time! Listen closely to Mariann for instructions. Please have rides ready and on time both to and from the game. Looking forward to a great night!
