The 30th Annual Symphonic Band Winter Concert on Friday 16 Dec 22, starting at 7:00 PM in the Leesville Auditorium.
UNIFORM:
FULL DRESS: Blue Coat, White Coat Belt, White Long Sleeve Shirt that fits!…..Blue Tie, White Pants, White Pants Belt, White Socks, and White Shoes. No Cap.
EQUIPMENT:
Everyone takes care of his or her own instrument as in rehearsal.
MUSIC:
Star Spangled Banner, Red Rock Mountain, Minor Alterations, Stille Nacht, Sleigh Ride, Christmas Festival
MONEY:
No money will be needed. Tickets for the concert will be sold at GoFan.co like a sporting event and you will use your mobile device to enter the concert. We will NOT sell tickets at the door. Tickets MUST be purchased here: https://gofan.co/app/events/791782?schoolId=NC1303_1
SCHEDULE:
5:45pm…..Studio Opens – Students arrive
6:05pm…..Count-off
6:10pm…..Pictures on Stage
6:31pm…..Rehearse – Tune
6:56…..Depart for Auditorium
7:00pm…..Concert Begins
8:00pm…..Approximate end for the concert – EQ move risers to band room, then all move chairs
9:00pm…..Studio Closes
NOTE:
Just a reminder that you will need to purchase your ticket(s) for the concert electronically.
After the concert has ended, we will stack chairs in groups of 5 so that we can move the risers back to the band studio. Once the equipment crew has set up the risers in the band studio, every band member is responsible for placing his or her own chair and stand back in the studio.
Please bring a finger food for our reception in the main lobby following our concert!!
