Instructions and Information for the All-Region Orchestra held at East Carolina University on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, Feb 24th-26th with 5 students making the orchestras.

MONEY:
The cost for the clinic is $200. This includes the cost of your hotel ($155) and your clinic/t-shirt fee ($45). Checks should be payable to LRHS Bands Club. This money should be turned in with your Health Form ASAP.
You will also need money for Dinner on Friday, and Lunch and Dinner on Saturday. Your parents will need to pick you up from ECU at Noon on Sunday to take you to lunch.
UNIFORM:
Instructions for uniform are contained in your information packet. Otherwise, remember who you represent!
EQUIPMENT:
Take everything you need…..Music, Mutes, Reeds, Mallets, etc…..!
MUSIC:
Will come to Mrs. Colburn through Dropbox. She will get it to you as soon as she has it. Don’t forget it!

Make sure I have your health form! Please arrange to meet your parents at 12:00pm at ECU Wright Auditorium (Symphony Orchestra) or B-110 (String Orchestra) and return dressed for the concert at 2:00pm for warm-up.
