HAPPY HOLIDAYS Bands Club Families!
I am here today with your last Bands News and Notes for 2023! Where has this semester, and for that matter this year, gone???
First, let me say a huge Bravo Tutti to all our ensembles and directors for sharing their wonderful music with us last week. Even our Principal, Shejuanna Jacobs, got in some directorial action during the Symphonic Band concert on Friday evening. Our traditional rendition of Sleigh Ride was her conducting debut at LRHS. Perhaps Mrs. Colburne and Mr. C. can ask her to fill in when they need a sub in the future – lol. Our newsletter tonight is short but has some important dates and reminders to mark on your calendars for our first week or two back after the break. Our fundraising committee has some things to share as well after a very busy fall season. Please take a few minutes to read through it to get all the details you will need.
