SUBJECT:
The Leesville Road High School Band Festival Concert featuring the Intermediate Band, Concert Band, and Symphonic Band on Friday 10 Mar 23, starting at 7:00 PM in the Leesville Auditorium.
UNIFORM:
FULL CONCERT DRESS: Girls – Black Dress and Black Shoes; Guys – Full Tux, Cummerbund and Bow Tie, Black Shoes and Black Socks. NO JEWELRY except stud earrings, a watch and/or LHS Class Rings.
**Int. and Concert Band Members that are also in the Symphonic Band will wear their Symphonic Band uniform for the concert, as there will not be time to change.**
EQUIPMENT:
Everyone takes care of his or her own instrument as in rehearsal. Make sure we have tuners for our warm-up circle.
MUSIC:
IB: An American March, Hebrew Medley, Rampage!
CB: Rough Riders, Lord Tullamore, Undertow
MONEY:
No money will be needed. There will be a reception in the main lobby following the concert.

6:55…..Concert Band warm-up ends, quietly in Blackbox for Livestream
7:00…..Concert Begins
8:45…..Approximate end for the concert
9:30…..Studio Closes
NOTE:
We will NOT be using risers during this concert.
Symphonic and Concert Band Students will be sitting in the band/chorus rooms to watch the Intermediate Band perform on the live stream. Concert will then go to the stage, while Intermediate will come back to the band room for Concert Band and Symphonic Band’s Performance.
Just a reminder you will only be allowed to purchase two tickets in advance for this concert. If there are any remaining tickets, they will be released on Thursday. We expect to sell out this concert so be sure to buy your tickets early. Tickets are $6.00 at GoFan.Co (search LRHS Band)
This is our chance to share what we have been working hard on this spring. Remember what makes a piece superior – it is IN TUNE, IN BALANCE, and EXPRESSIVE. It is up to you to make this performance a superior performance. After your performance you will take the seats in the audience for the remainder of the concert. A reception will follow.
