I hope that you are all doing well. We have a busy couple of weeks ahead and tonight’s edition of our Band News and Notes has all the details you will need to keep you up to date with all the events. Please take a few minutes to read through it for information about our pre-MPA Concert this Friday, the “Out-to-Eat” fundraiser night next week, and the MPA event in mid-March. All the instruction sheets, volunteer requests and links, plus a link to purchase tickets for Friday night’s concert are all in tonight’s edition which can be found here:
Our “Out-to-Eat” night is a week from tonight. Please mark your calendars for this event and support our Bands Club work while enjoying a night off from cooking! The restaurant requires the flyer to be printed and handed to the server for the band to get credit. You cannot display the flyer on your phone. If you need a flyer and do not have access to a printer, ask your student to communicate this to the Directors and they will print one for them.
For the MPA Events later in March we need parent volunteers to chaperone each of our ensembles. We ask that you sign up ASAP since this is a big commitment during the week and work day.
